    ADAPTABLE SPEED. With the 3-level adjustable blade stroke rate, you can select the right blade speed for every task. You can easily adjust the hedge trimmer using the control cockpit on the rotatable multi-function handle. As the control cockpit rotates with the handle, the switch is always within easy reach, regardless of the handle position.
    Adjustable blade stroke
    The R variations of the STIHL HS 82 and STIHL HS 87 are designed specifically for large volume cutting. They feature a cutting blade with wide tooth spacing and longer tooth height. The gearing allows a high cutting power at a medium stroke rate. The R variations provide the possibility of cutting thicker branches and completing clearing work faster.

    The STIHL HSA 94 cordless hedge trimmer is very powerful and robust. Powered by lithium-ion batteries from the STIHL AP-System, the tool works so quietly it can even be used to trim hedges in noise-sensitive areas. The rotatable multi-function handle can be turned 90° to the right or left, ensuring an ergonomically favourable working position is always supported for every cut   even when working in different directions. For effortless use in every working direction, the STIHL HSA 94 hedge trimmer also features a loop handle. The screw-on cut protection and tip protectors support your safety and protect the cutting attachment.

     

    All cordless power tools within the STIHL AP-System have been designed for professional users and daily work, including in adverse weather conditions. With that in mind they are certified as splashproof; the effectiveness of this is also verified through demanding internal checks. The splashwater test is aligned with the IPX4 standard, among others.

The STIHL HSA 94 R works with a low blade speed and features a double-sided cutting blade, specially designed for pruning, featuring wider tooth spacing that enables the user to cut even thicker twigs and branches efficiently and precisely with a constant stroke rate. You can use the controls located directly on the rotatable multi-function handle to adjust the stroke rate between three levels ranging from 2,800 strokes/minute to 3,200 strokes/minute, and to ensure powerful cutting as you work.
