If we work with third parties or use service providers that may transfer your personal information to countries outside South Africa, we shall oblige those third parties or service providers to comply with the requirements in section 72 of POPIA.
We point out that not all countries outside South Africa have a level of data protection that is substantially similar to the protections afforded in terms of POPIA. If a country does not have adequate data protection laws similar to POPIA we will ensure that there is a justification under POPIA for the transfer such as binding corporate rules or a binding agreement with the recipient of the personal information that obliges the recipient to uphold the data protection principles in POPIA.

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal information concerning you are being processed.
